My Anime Mine beginner guide
The short version. Start by redeeming the free codes, then work through this.
1. How the mining loop works
Your anime characters break rocks automatically once you place them on your mine plots. Rocks drop ores (which you sell for cash at the stall) and sometimes new characters. Cash buys upgrades and research; research opens the gate to the next zone; each new zone has tougher rocks, better loot and its own pickaxe in the zone shop. Dig, sell, upgrade, research, go deeper — that is the whole game.
2. Zones, gates and pickaxes
Progress is gated by the research tree, not by grinding alone. Finish the current zone's research board, pay the gate fee, then buy the zone pickaxe before you judge the new rocks — an old pickaxe makes a new zone feel worse than it is. Crystal Caves is the second zone. The last zone unlocks player trading.
3. Mutations, enchants and where dice go
Enchanted Dice roll enchantments and reroll mutations on miners you plan to keep. The official preview shows the full mutation ladder from Bronze (1.87x damage) up to Unreal (80x) — the whole table with odds is on our mutations page. Do not spend dice on a character you will replace next zone: pick one keeper, level its Damage first (Damage keeps scaling where utility tracks cap early), and reroll there.
4. Confirmed zones and the Belfry Colossus
Confirmed zones so far: the starting mine, Zone 2 (ice-themed) and Zone 5, a purple neon cavern where Rift Stone LV.5 nodes spawn. The official preview ends on a boss fight against Belfry Colossus Lv.5 with about 11.6 Qad HP — bring your best crew, bosses are damage checks. The full zone list and boss roster are still being mapped (see the gaps below).
5. Trading and Limiteds
Trading unlocks in the last zone. Update 5 (October 2026) made Scaled Lucky Block characters tradable and added serial-numbered Limiteds like Ghost of the Uchiha; Update 6 made food tradable. There is no official price list and no trustworthy public trade log yet — anyone quoting you exact values this early is guessing. Record both sides of an offer (exact name, level, mutation, serial) before you accept.
